Machine Functions

l  Adopt machine hand to lift and adjust parent paper roll; 1 set parent roll clamp device without shaft to upload paper roll in ID 3 inch paper core,Improving efficiency and reducing labor intensity; 

l  Adopt single-shaft surface rewinding mould, reducing compressive strength requirement, ensuring better rewinding effect; 

l  Adopt rubber bent roller, separate rewind reel easily, greatly reducing rewind reels conglutination phenomenon; 

l  Adopt automatic pneumatic unloading technical. Avoid low efficiency by human working, reduce working intensity;

l  Adopted tension technology: air pressure combined with friction plate. Make the tension of parent roll cannot be adjusted steeply, ensure better rewind effect. Also avoid  high cost by electro-magnetic tension;
